Sales Consultant, Foot and Ankle (Miami, FL) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot and Ankle products in Miami, FL. The role involves building and managing customer relationships with surgeons and healthcare facilities, driving sales growth of the DePuy Synthes F&A portfolio, and providing clinical support in operating room settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in F&A product portfolio and competitive landscape; educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper utilization
• Spearhead sales of F&A products to new accounts and expand existing customer relationships within assigned geography
• Establish and maintain clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators; provide case coverage and OR support
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on business planning, targeting, and market strategy to achieve financial objectives
• Manage inventory, promotional materials, and timely product delivery; complete administrative duties and invoicing accurately

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years, or Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in healthcare settings
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and business acumen skills
• Ability to work independently and in matrix team structures
• Willingness to relocate to or reside in assigned Miami, FL territory
