Key responsibilities typically associated with this role include: Monitoring cardiac and other vital physiological parameters of patients on telemetry units Administering medications, therapies, and clinical treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital standards Assessing patient conditions, documenting changes, and responding promptly to critical medical situations Collaborating with physicians, specialists, and fellow nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans Educating patients and their families regarding post-treatment care, recovery milestones, and ongoing health management Position compensation is offered at $59,551 per year (approximately $55 per hour based on standard scheduling).
