WHO YOU ARE

• The Live-Transfer Expert: An active, licensed real estate professional with a verified track record of converting Zillow leads or similar high-intent, live-transfer platforms (Redfin, Rev Ops, KBB, etc.).

• The System-Driven Producer: An agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and masterfully leverages a CRM to scale and maintain an elite conversion rate.

• The Open-Minded Professional: An agent who is generally satisfied with working high-intent leads, but keeps an intelligent, open mind toward discovering superior technology, stronger leverage, and vastly improved take-home economics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold an active, clean California Real Estate License .

• Minimum of 1–2 years of active experience as a residential agent is preferred (or a proven, verifiable track record of sales success).

• Strong, authoritative communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

• A clear desire to utilize advanced real estate technology and AI systems to scale your personal business.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $168,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Master the Market: Showcase elite expertise in listing and selling residential real estate, masterfully guiding clients through every stage of the transaction process.
• Command Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate and secure purchase agreements and contracts, locking in mutually beneficial terms and protecting your clients' bottom lines.
• Deliver Powerhouse Presentations: Prepare and pitch compelling, high-value listing presentations that clearly emphasize your unique edge and the distinct benefits you bring to sellers.
• Provide Expert Consultation: Act as a premier advisor, delivering clear guidance and strategic insight throughout the escrow process so your clients remain fully informed and highly confident.
• Uncompromising Client Dedication: Commit yourself fully to your clients' goals, working with fierce diligence to guarantee their ultimate satisfaction and competitive success in the Southern California market.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an Active Real Estate License in California.
• Must reside in close proximity to our Victorville office  for training sessions and meetings.
• Availability for a full-time commitment to work with both buyers and sellers as leads are generated.
• Participation in a comprehensive 1-week training program aimed at ensuring success in the role.
• Embrace a team-oriented approach where sharing knowledge is encouraged.
