Information Technology Specialist (System Administrator)

Duties The duties may include, but are not limited to: Serves as System Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of MSPB's IT systems and peripherals. Assist with user provisioning, licensing, and service configuration. Troubleshoot user access, authentication, mailbox, and collaboration platform issues. Monitor service health and assist in implementing recommended improvements. Coordinate helpdesk operations including the remediation of system-identified cyber security alerts and known vulnerabilities. Assists in implementing network, administration, and software system configuration changes or new equipment installation as necessary. US Government Jobs - Other Agencies
