Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Everett, WA. The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions focused on functional movements, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise. Daily responsibilities include providing one-on-one patient care, documenting clinical findings and progress, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families on home programs and injury prevention. The role involves participating in performance-based rehab programs, contributing to a positive clinic culture, and supporting community-focused initiatives consistent with PNW PT’s servant leadership philosophy. Salary $82,000-100,000 DOE Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical reasoning to a variety of musculoskeletal and functional conditions. Demonstrated experience in Rehabilitation and performance-based therapy, including functional movement training and therapeutic exercise. Commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills in a diverse patient population. Ability to design and support effective Home Care programs, including patient and caregiver education and adherence strategies. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program; current or eligible Washington state PT license. Experience or interest in manual therapy techniques and exercise science–based practice; relevant certifications are a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, aligning with a servant leadership and community-focused philosophy.
