Required Qualifications

Must be willing to float between SDMC/San Marcos 1. Level 3 NICU experience ( 3 years preferred) 2. NRP 3. Floating to Pedi (1 year and below) - Must be willing to float between SDMC/San Marcos - Must be willing to float between units with scope based on facility needs (may work in lower acuity if that is where the facilities need is) - Scheduling is 2 weeks in advance (longer schedules cannot be requested) - Potential to float between units/facilities mid shift
