Janitorial Supervisor Needed

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM)

Location: 10 West Broad St, Columbus, OH

Requirements :

• You must be 18 years old.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• You must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

Assists the Site Operations Manager in overseeing a team executing a high level of customer care for a significant account within the assigned regions and will drive the Leadership Engagement Growth & Safety (LEGS) strategy of the Company. The Shift Supervisor oversees all daily operations with the management staff in direct responsibility for operations, quality, safety and account management, and will assist in managing and developing the team.

The Janitorial Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all evening cleaning operations across assigned CBRE-managed JPMorgan Chase facilities. This role ensures all areas—including offices, restrooms, common spaces, and high-traffic areas—are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client expectations.

• Builds a strong and safe culture and working environment for direct reports
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers at the job site
• Inspects work performed by employees to ensure quality is up to specifications and established standards 
• Conducting new hires trainings
• Job duties include overseeing the cleaning of a multilevel office building.
