Job Description

Job Summary:
The CT Tech will perform advanced computed tomography procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis. This role requires proficient technical skills, effective communication, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate GE CT equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures forpatients.
Consult with radiologists and physicians to determine appropriate imaging protocols.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures in the EMR system.
Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and department policies.
Assist in equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.

Qualifications:

ARRT certification in CT and BLS required.
Minimum of 2 years of CT imaging experience.
Proficient with GE imaging equipment and Meditech EMR.
Strong communication, anatomical, and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to multi-task and collaborate with medical staff and patients.
Current BLS certification required.
