Southeast Rehab Dietary AideSoutheast Rehab is looking for a full-time dietary aide to join our dining team! Weekly pay at $16 an hour. No experience is necessary. On-the-job training provided. Full-time opening on 6a-2p.Your duties and responsibilities include:Identify residents' dietary needs and preferences.Assist residents with the selective menu process.Update meal tickets based on preference, menu selections, and diet/supplement orders.Must be able to provide point-of-service meal delivery.Other duties assigned as necessary.Specific requirements:Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.Must be able to follow oral and written communication.Must maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the appearance of the dining service areas; must perform regular inspections of dietary services areas for sanitation, order, safety and proper performance of assigned duties.Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning.Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing dietary practices.Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.Benefits:Competitive and weekly payHoliday pay for hourly and salaried employeesOvertime pay for hourly employeesCareer advancement opportunitiesExclusive employer discount programAvailable for eligible team members:Employer paid life insurance401(k) with employer matchVacation and personal timeHealth, dental, and vision insuranceWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
