Maintenance Technician – Union Role | Earn $90K–$100K+

Location: Northwest Indiana

Pay: Union scale + OT (most techs earning $90K–$100K annually)

What you’ll be doing:

• Keep production running on steel equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical + mechanical systems
• Work with Allen Bradley PLCs to diagnose faults
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Rewire motors, repair pneumatic systems, and handle daily breakdowns

What they’re looking for:

• Strong industrial maintenance background
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting + schematics
• Comfort working on heavy industrial equipment
• PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley preferred)
• Slitter experience is a plus (not required)

Nice to have:

• MIG welding
