What You’ll Do

As Site Superintendent, you are the operational leader on site. You will keep projects on timeline, manage carpenters and trade partners, and uphold our high standards of craftsmanship.

• Lead Field Teams: Direct daily jobsite operations, leading in-house carpenters, apprentices, and subcontractors with clear communication and high accountability.
• Manage Short-Term Planning: Build 2–3 week lookahead schedules, host daily site huddles, and ensure materials and tools are staged ahead of install dates.
• Maintain Quality & Safety: Conduct daily site inspections, enforce OSHA safety standards, manage building code inspections, and keep jobsites clean and organized.
• Digital Communication: Submit quick daily log updates and photo documentation through our field management software (Buildertrend).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on supervisory or field leadership experience in residential construction (custom homes, major renovations, or design-build).
• Trade & Code Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential building codes, construction sequencing, and structural plans.
• Leadership: Excellent communication skills and a track record of managing crews and sub-trades respectfully and effectively.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a standard background check. (OSHA 10 certification preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire).
