Cafe Mulberry is seeking experienced Servers who are passionate about hospitality, food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role is responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service in both our full-service dining room and outdoor garden courtyard.

Our menu and beverage program focus on high-quality ingredients, thoughtful execution, and genuine hospitality. We are looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and a welcoming presence with every guest interaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly table service
• Guide guests through food, coffee, wine, and beverage offerings
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Maintain strong awareness of table pacing and guest needs throughout service
• Deliver food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with baristas, bartenders, kitchen, and management teams
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
• Assist with opening, closing, side work, and other operational responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment required
• Prior serving experience in a fine dining restaurant environment preferred
• Strong communication and hospitality skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to guest experience
• Coffee, wine, and cocktail knowledge is required
• Weekend and evening availability required
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Compensation:

Compensation is hourly plus tips.
