You have 5–10 years of architectural drafting experience and can contribute from day one. You are strong in Revit and understand architectural detailing: not just how to draw it, but why it goes together. You can juggle multiple projects, understand priorities, and communicate early when something needs attention. You meet deadlines, follow through, learn from redlines, and do not need constant reminders. You appreciate clear standards and documented processes instead of reinventing the wheel.
