Senior Product Owner if the candidate has experience with crypto/tokenization/digital assets, that will be a plus - otherwise banking required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner (10+ years of experience) to drive the hands-on execution of a high-priority product launch for a major market infrastructure player in financial services. Following a successful MVP validation, this initiative is moving into its next expansion phase - scaling the platform for a target initial launch at the end of October, followed by multiple phased rollouts throughout the upcoming year. This role requires a true Product Owner (not a pure PMO profile) who brings a balance of product ownership, delivery discipline, structured communication, and cross-functional leadership in a high-visibility, multi-stakeholder environment. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Execution: Drive product readiness and execution toward the October launch and subsequent quarterly rollouts. Translate high-level product strategy into actionable launch milestones. Cross-Functional Conduit: Act as the primary conduit coordinating across product, engineering, technology, delivery, client-facing teams, external vendors, and industry partners (~20-30 team members across the broader program). Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively track program readiness, testing, dependencies, and issues. Apply strong product judgment to identify trade-offs, escalate risks early, and ensure momentum is sustained. Stakeholder Alignment & Client Support: Manage stakeholder communications across internal teams, consulting leads, and industry-wide client participants. Product Backlog & Delivery: Partner closely with the Delivery Lead and Project Leadership to keep all streams aligned without taking on administrative PMO overhead. Key Qualifications Experience Level: 10+ years of professional experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or complex technical delivery within Financial Services or Capital Markets. Product Ownership vs. Project Management : Proven track record of managing product trade-offs, prioritizing backlog items, and driving execution in large-scale multi-stakeholder programs (rather than managing pure project timelines/PMO tasks). Communication & Navigation : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to build consensus across fragmented, inter-company teams (Engineering, Tech, Product, and Client-Facing teams). Industry Domain : Familiarity with financial market infrastructure, wholesale banking, capital markets, or post-trade processing. Digital Assets / Tokenization (Plus): Prior experience or exposure to Digital Assets, Blockchain, or Tokenization is a plus, but not mandatory for candidates with strong core product execution discipline.
