Branch Banking - Client Consultant II - Licensed

Job Summary Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Licensed provides best-in-class experience by resolving client concerns and providing product details that focus on meeting the financial needs of our clients. Focuses on client management, client retention, and introductions to key bank partners (Mortgage, Business Banking) to ensure clients have access to experts who help achieve financial goals. This position will handle greater lending and basic investment interactions and participate in more complex banking conversations. Job Responsibilities Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, outstanding loans, non-interest income) and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the appropriate team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives. Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and/or complaints and resolving them in a timely and effective manner. Deliver client engagement and education; meet behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership including NextGen and marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set, completed, and needs met. Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly; strive for no controllable losses. Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties as required. Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards; complete required compliance trainings. Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Demonstrate ability to attain sales and referral goals through preset appointments and quality conversations leading to recommendations that support clients’ financial goals and objectives. Engage in discovery-based conversations and provide customized financial advice by referring to Financial Consultants. Job Requirements – Required Qualifications Education: High School / GED / HiSET / TASC or foreign equivalent. Minimum 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry. National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Ability to train and mentor others in products and platform procedures. Life and Health Insurance Licenses (required within the first 90 days of the role). FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) (required within 90 days of passing the Life and Health Insurance exam). FINRA License Series 6 (required within 90 days of passing the SIE exam). FINRA License Series 63 or Series 66 (required within 90 days of passing the Series 6 exam). Preferred Qualifications Experience in the financial services industry.
