About the Role:
Join SUPERIOR BUILDING COMPANY LLC as a Plumbing Project Manager, where you will lead exciting plumbing projects in Lascassas, TN. This role offers the opportunity to manage a dynamic team and ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Oversee plumbing project planning, execution, and completion.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Manage budgets and resources efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Requirements:
Proven experience in plumbing project management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
