Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: • 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months. • 3 months of Epic experience is preferred. • 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Utah license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Mountain Division. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Ophthalmology and Oculofacial Plastics experience. Unit and facility details: Primary specialties currently are ophthalmology, oculofacial plastics (some breast reconstruction), podiatry and we are onboarding urology, GYN. Eyes and plastics are critical. Ideally, we need someone that can just plug and play in those specialties. Shift & Scheduling: Call: call for eyes (once oriented) would be 1 day/week and 1 weekend/month.
