Job Overview
SavATree is seeking a Head of Enterprise Architecture & Engineering to shape and build the enterprise technology backbone powering customer experience, field enablement, operational scalability, enterprise platforms, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. This role requires a full-stack enterprise mindset across enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, Azure cloud platforms, enterprise data, digital backbone capabilities, automation, engineering standards, and AI enablement.

What Youll Do
- Define enterprise architecture strategy across applications, integrations, cloud platforms, data, and AI enablement.
- Establish scalable architecture patterns enabling digital customer and employee experiences.
- Own and evolve enterprise integration and platform strategy including APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
- Guide architecture and engineering direction across Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, and digital platforms.
- Establish pragmatic enterprise data governance practices and define enterprise data standards.
- Enable trusted enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI-ready architectures.
- Build and scale a pragmatic enterprise architecture and engineering capability.
- Coach architects, engineers, and technical leaders while elevating technical maturity.
What Were Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive experience across enterprise architecture, software engineering, or platform engineering.
- Experience operating as a principal architect, enterprise platform leader, or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and services.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (CE and/or F&O preferred).
- Experience enabling digital backbones including APIs, customer and employee experiences, and reusable services.
- Strong expertise across enterprise architecture, platform engineering, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with modern data platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Services.
- Comfortable operating in lean, fast-moving environments requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on technical execution.
