We're hiring a Business Development Manager to help us continue building our community and bringing the premier barbershop experience to the masses. The plan is to go from hundreds of thousands of new users to millions. So you'll need to be a creative, quick on your feet, and a world class executor. The Role The Customer Success Partner works directly with barbers to help them succeed on theCut through proactive engagement, coaching, education, and ongoing relationship building. This role executes Customer Success Partner programs by guiding barbers through onboarding, encouraging adoption of platform features, supporting community initiatives, and helping barbers grow their businesses. As one of the primary voices of theCut, the Customer Success Partner builds trust with barbers while surfacing valuable customer insights that improve the overall customer experience. What You'll do Build trusted relationships with barbers through proactive outreach and ongoing engagement. Support barbers through onboarding and activation. Coach barbers on best practices for growing their business on theCut. Encourage long-term engagement and platform adoption. Execute Customer Success Partner initiatives and customer outreach campaigns. Assist with customer-facing product launches and feature adoption initiatives. Facilitate webinars and virtual office hours. Support customer events and engagement opportunities. Identify recurring customer challenges and opportunities. Surface trends and customer insights to the Senior Customer Success Partner. What We're Looking For 5+ years in Customer Success, Customer Experience, Community Management, Account Management, or Customer Support. Experience working directly with customers in a relationship-focused role. Experience supporting onboarding, adoption, or engagement programs is preferred. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Ability to build trust and influence customers. Comfortable using CRM, customer engagement, and communication platforms. Organized and comfortable managing multiple customer initiatives simultaneously.
