Bravera Wealth is hiring for a Retirement Plan Advisor in Fargo, ND. This position is responsible for administering Retirement Plan Services (RPS) fiduciary accounts, as well as developing new business. The individual will also develop and manage relationships and deliver superior customer service. Advisors must commit themselves, not only to high commercial standards, but also to the higher standards of trust and fiduciary responsibility.

Measures of success include fulfilling fiduciary duties with accuracy and integrity, building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction, and driving new business through referrals and community outreach.

Duties and responsibilities include understanding and acting in accordance with the legal responsibilities of a Fiduciary, administering Retirement Plan accounts to ensure the needs and goals of the Plan are met, advising individuals and corporate clients of issues and trends concerning administration of employee benefit plans, reviewing reports of the trust account and participant reporting systems for consistency and accuracy, participating in presentations to employers, employee groups, and one-on-one participant education regarding plan features and investment options, communicating with and between customers and Bravera Wealth staff, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information, developing new RPS customers and additional business from existing RPS customers, actively creating sales opportunities with affiliated companies and other referral sources, assisting with the development and evaluation of new services and products to offer trust company customers, developing new business and promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations, adhering to all trust rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act, being proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, vigilantly looking for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and reporting any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer, driving a company vehicle with some overnight travel required, maintaining a clear driving record in order to maintain coverage under Bravera's vehicle insurance provider, and contributing to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.

PC proficiency in a windows environment required, including Word & Excel. Proficiency to learn and execute software associated with creating and maintaining client accounts. Professional communication both verbally and written. Aspire to the company aspiration to Learn, Teach, and Mentor.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, finance, or other related field. Minimum 3 – 5 years Wealth or Banking experience. OR An acceptable combination of education and experience. At least 5 years of business development experience. Working knowledge of personal trusts, investments or retirement plans. Above-average written and personal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective time management and organizational skills.
