Facilitate collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members. Monitor resource needs to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization. Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications. Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees. Provide clinical supervision and maintain clinical expertise. Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice. Oversee implementation of organizational changes and best practices. Manage hospital administrative functions to support patient care. Drive continuous improvement of quality and safety in clinical practices.
