Penmac is an Equal Opportunity Employer. - Receive, verify, and process incoming materials - Issue materials to production personnel based on work orders and build schedules - Perform daily cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits - Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system - Organize and label stockroom shelving to support efficient material flow - Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to leadership - Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials - Process returns and inventory adjustments for damaged or incorrect items - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment - Support overall production goals through accurate inventory control practices {=html} - Previous inventory, warehouse, or stockroom experience preferred - Basic computer skills, including inventory software and Microsoft Office - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping - Ability to read work orders, labels, and part numbers - Strong organizational and time management skills - Effective communication skills and ability to work with production teams - Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification - Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels - Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required - Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Physical Requirements - Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday - Safely navigate stockroom aisles and production areas - Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Perform material handling tasks while following all safety procedures
