You will use your technical and interpersonal skills to perform service tasks such as maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of heat pumps in accordance with Viessmann Belgium's quality and safety standards.

Your Missions And Their Impact

• You are responsible for the following interventions at private homes and businesses: starting up, maintenance, and repairs of heat pumps.
• You analyze the situation, find the cause of the problem, solve it, or propose solutions.
• You document your intervention immediately and ensure all official documents are filled out correctly.
• You complete your task and ensure that the end customers are satisfied with their heat pumps.
• In the morning, you go directly to the client, as spare parts are delivered in your service vehicle overnight.

Profile Sought

• You hold a certificate of aptitude in refrigeration technology category I.
• G1 and Cedicol certificates are an additional asset.
• You live in the region of employment.
• You speak the language of the province fluently, and preferably the second national language.
• You have a B driver's license.

Remuneration Range The annual salary for this position is between 46,334 58,451 per year. Factors that may influence the salary include skills, training, experience, and other specific qualifications of the selected candidate.

Other Remuneration Elements This position may be eligible for short-term bonuses, subject to defined conditions.
