Facilitate the communications system which may include: mail distribution, pagers, phone system, memo's, answers incoming calls, documents and disseminates appropriate messages. Promote effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintain confidentiality. Competently handle multi-line phone system and demonstrate understanding of system features.
