Caregiver Position at Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area

Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in Fremont, CA. Schedule: Part-time with opportunities for additional hours based on availability

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers as needed
• Accompany the client on walks, appointments, or errands when appropriate
• Follow the individualized care plan
• Complete required documentation accurately

Qualifications:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred (If not yet registered, we'll guide you through the process.)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Valid California Driver's License
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
• Access to a smartphone for scheduling and documentation
