Assistant Manager, OperationsThe Assistant Manager, Operations is responsible for supporting daily operational activities to ensure efficient delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance. This role oversees routing, dispatch, and in-home delivery operations while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, stores, and independent contractors. The position supervises customer service and routing staff, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and effective resolution of shipping discrepancies or customer concerns.
