This opportunity calls for an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to support a 500-bed hospital with specialized units including a 42-bed NICU and a 14-bed Pediatric ICU. The position operates within a recent EPIC system environment, having transitioned from Cerner earlier this year. This role is located in Lubbock, TX, and offers a night shift schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off (Wednesday to Tuesday rotation).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general inpatient pharmacy duties with a focus on patient care and medication safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC software for documenting, processing, and verifying medication orders and patient information.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an inpatient pharmacist, preferably within hospital settings.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record system is highly preferred, especially given the recent software transition.
• Strong knowledge of medication management in critical care environments such as NICU and Pediatric ICU is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless pharmacy operations during night shifts.

Schedule:

• 7 days on / 7 days off night shift, rotating Wednesday through Tuesday.
