Job 19112: Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Expanding personal injury law firm is hiring a Case Manager to join their Suffolk County, New York office.

The ideal candidate is a meticulous and dependable professional with:

• 1+ year(s) of plaintiff personal injury experience

• Prior experience with No-Fault claims

• Microsoft Office Suite and case management software proficiency

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intake

• Open new case files and update case management system as needed

• Manage medical record authorizations and requests

• Process no-fault documentation

• Correspond with doctors, insurance companies and opposing counsel

• Provide clients with case status updates

• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:

• Salary: $50K - $70K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience

• Healthcare, PTO and 401K benefits

• Full-time in office

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility for overtime as needed

• Collaborative work environment
