WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Social Science Research Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by:

Developing and conducting studies, evaluations, and analyses of the organization's programs to ensure that quantitative and qualitative data are effectively gathered, analyzed, and used to understand program outputs, outcomes, and overall efficiency.

Implementing, examining, and collecting monitoring data across the organizational programs and the production of an annual monitoring analysis report, highlighting key findings and the impact of grantee services on client outcomes.

Preparing briefings, presenting research, analysis and evaluation findings to the program staff, leadership and stakeholders.

Reviewing program documentation, incident reports, monitoring data, and other source materials to identify trends, evaluate program performance, and support corrective actions.
