Assignment Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 48

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing and meal setup.
• Support patients in maintaining comfort and hygiene.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide quality patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Compliance / Notes

• A traveler with a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility will not be accepted.
• Compliance documents must be uploaded 5 business days prior to the start.
