Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established philosophy and professional standards
• Circulate in a variety of surgical specialties including GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General, and Vascular procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients and their families throughout the perioperative experience
• Effectively interact with patients, families, and visitors while maintaining the standard of professional nursing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required
• Ability to circulate across multiple surgical specialties (GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, General, Vascular)
• Proficiency with MediTech EMR system
• Experience with all patient populations
• Active Arkansas RN license or Compact license (verified Active status via Nursys)
• Active American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with a Level III Trauma Center environment
• Experience working in a smaller unit setting with a 1:1 RN-to-patient ratio
