**Required Experience:** - 2+ Years of ICU Experience - Comfortable with Floating to ED and Step down **Required Certifications:** - BLS, ACLS, NIHSS **Preferred Experience:** - Travel Experience - Neuro surgical experience - Open heart experience **Preferred Certifications:** - TCAR, TNCC, CCRN, SCRN **State Licensure:** - Michigan **Skills:** - Leadership role encompassing evidence-based practice integration, delegation, and coordination of nursing care tasks. - Organizational skills through effective planning.
