Strategic Contracts & Procurement Specialist

Virginia's Community College System seeks a Contract Officer to procure goods and services for its 23 colleges, system office and shared services center. You will manage the full procurement cycle, evaluate quotes, and ensure compliance with state laws and VCCS policies. The role requires experience with e-procurement systems, confidentiality, and effective written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholders.
