PC Refresh Technician

We are seeking a PC Refresh Technician (Tier 1/2) to support enterpriselevel hardware refresh initiatives while delivering a hightouch, whiteglove experience to end u . This role is responsible for the deployment, replacement, configuration, and support of enduser computing devices, ensuring minimal disruption and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is customerfocused, technically capable, and comfortable working directly with u in a professional environment, including executives and VIP stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3+ years of experience in desktop support, PC refresh, deployment, or help desk support
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
Strong understanding of PC hardware, imaging, and enduser device configuration
Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, basic account/device management)
Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to deliver a whiteglove experience in a professional or corporate environment
