Credit and Collections Specialist

Universal 1 Credit Union is seeking a collections professional to manage repossession, bankruptcy, and deceased accounts. The role involves performing collection activities for various delinquent member accounts, reviewing status, and contacting members to resolve delinquencies while upholding the credit union’s professional image. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of phone customer service experience, prior collection experience, strong typing and computer skills, and fluency with #J-18808-Ljbffr
