Sr. Strategic Director, ICT Integration Lead

Medtronic seeks a Senior Strategic Director to lead the integration of its Interventional Cardiology Therapies business. The role balances near-term therapy area execution with long-term integrated operating model development, ensuring coordinated progress across functions while maintaining accountability and minimizing disruption.

Responsibilities

• Define phased ICT integration strategy with near-, mid-, and long-term priorities aligned to business readiness
• Protect therapy area execution and performance while advancing integration opportunities
• Establish governance structures, decision rights, and escalation mechanisms across business units
• Lead integration program and PMO to track progress, dependencies, and risks
• Facilitate alignment across R&D, clinical, regulatory, commercial, quality, finance, and HR functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 15+ years relevant experience with 10+ years managerial experience
• OR advanced degree with 13+ years relevant experience and 10+ years managerial experience
• Experience managing cross-functional alignment and integration initiatives
• Strategic planning and phased implementation capabilities
• Leadership of complex organizational change and operating model development
