Training Coordinator

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Training Coordinator will organize and deliver new hire training, manage on-the-job training check-ins, and maintain accurate training records while continuously improving the training experience based on feedback. Key responsibilities Coordinate new hire onboarding and welcome sessions, ensuring trainees have access to necessary materials and training plans Manage on-the-job training progress through regular check-ins and documentation of trainee performance Monitor trainee learning plans and maintain accurate records, addressing any issues or gaps in training promptly Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a related learning and development role Hands-on experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in a corporate or technical environment Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with corporate eLearning authoring tools is a plus Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and learning styles
