Speech Language Pathologist (CF or CCC-SLP) Full Time CPT 290, Houston, TX, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1268 Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually RELOCATION/SIGN ON BONUS and/or STUDENT LOAN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE OFFERED CCC-SLP or CF-SLP. MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist (see requirements below) Employment Options Employee with a guaranteed hourly rate. The hourly rate is based on years of experience and ranges from $33-$41/hour. Hours are guaranteed and it is a W-2 position. Must work at least 20 hours/week to get benefits. Employee Pay Per Visit (PPV) - this is a W-2 position with a higher hourly rate than the guaranteed hourly position $50-$80/hour, but you are only paid when you are with a patient. Comes with benefits if at least 20 hours/week. Contractor/PRN which is a 1099 position and is paid at $30/30 minute session ($60/hour) and $80/evaluations. No benefits.
