3rd Shift 1st Line Leader

On-Board PMO is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Operator in Cleveland, OH. This is a 2‑year contract position. Compensation is $23/hr. The role requires a 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift with overtime as needed. Overview On-Board PMO supports the world leader in thermal interface materials, providing production, operations, and logistics services. Position Details Title: Production Operator Position type: 2‑year contract, opportunity to extend based on performance and business need Location: Cleveland, OH Shift: 2PM‑10PM (2nd Shift) Benefits: 401K, Dental, Life, Medical, Vision, PTO Compensation: $23/hr Position Summary Operate equipment and assemble products within the PSA, Die Cutting, Silicone, and Epoxy production areas. Perform quality inspections, maintain safety, and document work in the QAD system. Key Responsibilities Assemble products according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications while meeting quality and production goals. Perform quality inspections and verify products meet established standards. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently. Complete required documentation and data entry within company systems, including QAD. Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and verbal instructions. Support production goals and daily performance targets. Rotate through various departmental functions as assigned. Follow all quality, safety, and operating procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED. Ability to work 2PM‑10PM shift and overtime as required. Ability to read and understand work instructions, engineering drawings, and company procedures. Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction of 2‑ and 3‑digit numbers. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred: Previous manufacturing or production experience. Physical Requirements Stand or sit for extended periods. Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Work with adhesives, solvents, glues, and other manufacturing chemicals. Possess good or corrected vision to ensure product quality and accuracy. Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
