Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems is required. Demonstrate a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Knowledge of the safe and proper use of common tools, cleaning products, and supplies is required. Responsibilities Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and address maintenance issues. Perform janitorial duties as assigned and maintain common areas. Exhibit excellent customer service skills. Flexibility to work overtime and assist at our other residential communities when needed. Availability to respond to after‑hours emergency calls 24/7, including weekends and holidays, is required. Must be able to work Saturdays. Foster workplace harmony, promote a positive company image, and support a respectful team environment. Any other tasks as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager.
