What You'll Do

• Support clinical interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer rehabilitative treatments, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
• Document all treatments accurately in electronic health records
• Provide counseling and support to patients, families, and caregivers
• Participate in care conferences, team meetings, and training sessions
• Support and supervise students, maintaining compliance with professional practice acts

What You Need

Required:

• Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience in long-term care settings
• Knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
