Make a difference as a Staff Development Coordinator As a new Staff Development Coordinator at JGS Lifecare, you can expect a dynamic role that involves designing and implementing training programs for our staff. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include assessing training needs, coordinating educational sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure training materials are up‑to‑date and relevant. This position offers a stable schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, with on‑call responsibilities as needed.
