Position Summary

We are seeking a Periodontist to join the practice in a growth capacity , with the opportunity to build a consistent schedule as patient demand continues to increase. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the ability to grow into a larger presence within the practice over time.

The ideal candidate will be confident in both surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures and motivated to work collaboratively within a multi-specialist environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a full scope of periodontal procedures including scaling and root planing, periodontal surgery, and implant placement
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and coordinate care with referring providers
• Maintain strong communication with patients and referring dentists
• Utilize modern diagnostic tools to support treatment planning and outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold high standards of care

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Periodontics residency program
• Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing
• Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-provider specialty practice
