Production Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Production Operator, you will be part of the production support team, assisting skilled production workers in various tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Operator

Location: MELVILLE, NY

Pay: $18

Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 11:30pm, OT available

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of tasks requiring limited knowledge of production processes to support skilled production workers

• Assist in packing and preparing products for shipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Follow safety protocols and quality standards during operations

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided

• Basic understanding of packing processes

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Willingness to adhere to safety and quality guidelines
