Our client, a high-profile company, is seeking an experienced Controller to join their team. This is a fully onsite opportunity for a hands‑on accounting leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys managing both people and processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to partner closely with executive leadership. Responsibilities Lead and oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations Manage the month‑end and year‑end close processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy initiatives Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies Collaborate with external auditors and support audit‑related activities Drive process improvements and efficiencies within accounting operations Oversee financial reporting and accounting workflows Requirements CPA required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong leadership experience managing accounting teams Audit experience ERP software experience required, including NetSuite or similar platforms Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
