What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate crew members during assigned shifts

• Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction

• Assist with staffing, training, and team development

• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Support daily restaurant operations and performance goals

• Manage cash handling and operational procedures

• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and people skills
