Benefits Weekly pay with direct deposit Paid training and on-boarding Cell Phone use Reimbursement Set schedule and/or work often as you want on a variety of assignments including in-home and facility-based placements Employee of the Month and weekly recognition Job requirements Minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required Current CPR Card certified by The American Heart Association Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Physical Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance Smart phone with internet service State of California HCA (Home Care Aide) Registration Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
