About the position:
The Neri Agency is a boutique and local firm specializing in insurance and wealth management solutions.
We pride ourselves on delivering white glove service to our discerning clientele while fostering growth and building lasting relationships.

We are searching for a competitive person who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. This role requires you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and appropriately market products and services. You may also assist in developing strategies and business goals for our office.

The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, results-minded, and a natural problem solver.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, scheduling appointments, and correspondence.
Assist in identifying client needs and introduce relevant financial and insurance services.
Maintain a strong work ethic while handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Coordinate client follow-ups and ensure seamless communication.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in a receptionist or client-facing role marketing luxury services or goods.
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate customers.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with basic office software, emails, google, and computer skills.
