HR Leader, US Commercial - Orthopedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks an HR Leader for its US Commercial Orthopedics division to manage employee relations across a large commercial and field sales organization. The role involves handling complex cases, conducting investigations, and advising business leaders on employment matters and organizational risk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary employee relations expert for US Orthopedics commercial and field sales organizations
• Independently manage complex, sensitive employee relations matters from intake through resolution
• Plan and conduct objective workplace investigations and assess evidence for recommended actions
• Advise leaders on employee relations risk, options, and actions across organizational changes
• Develop training and coaching for leaders on performance management and investigation best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4-6 years progressive experience in employee relations or human resources
• Ability to independently manage complex employee relations cases and investigations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and performance management practices
• Sound judgment in evaluating risk and providing strategic HR guidance
• Advanced degree or professional certification preferred
