Details\n \n Work in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital \n Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM \n 36-48 hours per week \n Requires EPIC EMR experience \n Requirements\n \n Active CA RN license required \n BLS certification required (AHA, HS-BLS, or RQI accepted) \n ACLS certification required \n PALS certification required \n NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required \n Minimum 3 years of ER experience required \n BSN preferred \n Acute care facility experience preferred \n No prior license actions or restrictions permitted \n Additional Information\n \n Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients following established standards and the nursing process \n Supervise and direct various levels of nursing staff while coordinating care across disciplines \n Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and develop care plans \n Implement care plans and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes \n Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, humane, and healing care \n Provide health education to patients, families, and treatment team members \n Participate in discharge planning to support continuity of care \n Delegate duties appropriately among healthcare team members \n Required vaccinations must be completed as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions available \n Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel positions \n Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered \n \n \n American Traveler Job ID P-744212.
